1. Acceptance

By using Privacy Guardian, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Privacy Guardian is a password manager that allows you to store, sync, and autofill login credentials across devices. Data is encrypted on your device before being stored on our servers.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your master password secure. We cannot recover it if lost.
  • You must not use the service for any illegal purpose or to store credentials for illegal activities.
  • You are responsible for the credentials you store and how you use them.

4. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to bypass security measures, reverse engineer our systems, or use the service to harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for security and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the service is error-free. Use of a password manager does not eliminate all security risks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Privacy Guardian and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email.
